I build practical Microsoft 365 systems for small businesses that have outgrown spreadsheet-based operations but do not need a full custom software team.
My background combines business intelligence, operations reporting, workflow design, and hands-on systems development. I focus on turning messy business processes into usable systems: forms, workflows, dashboards, documentation, and reporting support.
How I work
I do not start with a dashboard.
I start with the workflow that creates the data: who submits it, where it goes, who owns it, how it changes, what needs to be reported, and what breaks when the process depends on manual follow-up.
Then I build the Microsoft 365 system around that reality. A dashboard is only as good as the workflow underneath it. Fix the workflow first, and the reporting comes out clean on the other side.
